[li] Endan - Katon • Endan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. This jutsu allows Rokuro to emit a jet of fire from his mouth.

[/li][li] Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

[/li][li] Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu - Katon • Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals and then proceeds to blow a large combustible mist at the target. When the mist hits flame, it will ignite in an explosion of fire.

[/li][li] Suigadan - Suiton • Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.

[/li][li] Suiryuudan no Jutsu - Suiton • Suiryuudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.

[/li][li] Mizu no Tatsumaki - Mizu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

[/li][li] Mizurappa - Suiton • Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Rokuro will expel a strong jet of water at his opponent.

[/li][li] Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

[/li][li] Kirigakure no Jutsu - Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by mostly Hidden Mist ninja, Rokuro had copied it with his Sharingan.The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.

[/li][li] Konoha Dai Senkou - Konoha Dai Senkou is a Taijutsu technique utilized by Rokuro. After charging his opponent, Rokuro will unleash a powerful kick which will spin his opponent away.

[/li][li] Konoha Dai Senpuu - Konoha Dai Senpuu is a Taijutsu technique utilized by the Leaf ninja Rokuro. Like the normal Senpuu, Rokuro uses his quickness and agility to deliver a series powerful spinning kicks to his opponent.

[/li][li] Konoha Senpuu - Konoha Senpuu is a Taijutsu technique utilized by the Leaf ninja Rokuro. Using his quickness and agility, Rokuro charges at his target and spins his body to do a flying round house kick on those opponents within his range of attack.

GENJUTSU
[/li][li] Kokohi no Jutsu - Kokohi no Jutsu is a simple Genjutsu technique which changes the appearance of a nearby object.

[/li][li] Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu - Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically when they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over.

BASIC JUTSU
[/li][li] Suimen Hokou No Gyou - A technique that enables the user to walk on the surface of water by concentrating chakra into the feet. It is also used for training; it allows an individual to learn how to control the release of chakra.

[/li][li] Kanashibari No Jutsu - Kanashibari no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used to temporarily bind an individual or animal. With the person frozen in place, the ninja can either take the opportunity to attack or to retreat.

[/li][li] Kawarimi No Jutsu - While being attacked, or in the process of being attacked, a ninja will substitute their body with another nearby object. The ninja can then hide and watch their dumbfounded opponent from a distance. Replacements are commonly used with pieces of wood, animals, or even other people.

[/li][li] Shunshin No Jutsu - The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement, the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

[/li][li] Kinobori - By focusing chakra into the feet and keeping it balanced, the user can walk up against vertical objects and cling to its surface.

[/li][li] Bunshin No Jutsu - Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.
