Clan: Reiyu. The Reiyu had an ability to control spirits around them. They can get hold of the spirit, and put into an inanimate object to make it move. It is even said that the most talented ones are able to harden these spirits for limited time.

Personality: Personality of Seiko: Seiko can be taken as a clueless girl with no manners, being unintentionally rude. Maybe it can be taken it as that she is a bit too straightforward and honest. If she thinks something, she'll say it out loud right there, no matter how great they are. She does love learning, and is a hard worker, however can be extremely thick headed. She has some hard time figuring out the atmosphere, though she can figure it out if it's very obvious. When it comes to socializing, she can be the type to be the leader. She hates following commands, and thinks that she can always do the best. She really fears no one, except for her big brother. While most people believe he is dead, there is one secret she does not share with others. She can be a cry baby, crying over something not that serious.

Personality of Seino: Seino is a mature, sarcastic, and sadistic type of man, who loves to manipulate others. He enjoys watching the pain of others, especially his own sister. Though many people assumes he is evil and all, he actually cares for many people, and has his good sides. However he does not show this side very much, and only keeps it to himself. He also cares the most about his sister, when it seems like he could care less whether she dies or not. He is extremely intelligent, always thinking ahead, but he leaves Seiko to take care of things. He says he does this because he is too lazy to do so, but truly, he does it to make her stronger.

S Ranking(Only to Seino)

•Grand Spirit Festival: Seino's second strongest jutsu. The Grand Spirit Festival requires a single hand seal, which allows Seino to control the spirits around him. Then, the massive amount of spirits will cause strange clouds to appear, covering them around. Seino then can control the movement and shape of the spirits to attack. The clouds are fused with his chakra, which if touched, it would notice him of the location of enemies. He can also move faster in the area, his speed increased by the support of spirits, which is difficult to be fighting with a naked eye.

•Judgement of Amida (Katon Raiton Fuuton): The strongest technique Seino has knowledge of. The Judgement of Amida is known as the secret technique of the Reiyus, and is forbidden to even gain an intelligent of it. The Judgement of Amida allows Seino to be stronger than ever. The Jutsu is first started with 9 strange hand seals, never used nor seen before. The Judgement of Amida will allow Seino to control all the spirits around him, and gather them up. Once gathered up, the spirits will be visible, and they will take in form of a gigantic being that stands before Seino. The right hand of this Amida is able to create fire, while the left hand is able to form lightning. The blades held by Seino is able to create wind force.

A Rankings (Only to Seino)

•The hand of Enma: With a single hand seal, Seino is able to control the spirits around him. He will gather up the spirits together, into a form of a gigantic hand that thrusts out from the ground. The gigantic hand will quickly catch the target, and will surround it. Then the hand will rise up into the air at high altitude, then fall down at drastic speed. The hand will go through the ground, while the caught captive would not. The higher, the more damage it gives, but more time for the target to prepare or escape.

•Judgment of Enma: After doing series of hand seals, Seino is able to control massive amount of spirits. These spirits will form into a gigantic face with its mouth opened. As long as the last hand seal is intact, the face will follow the target until it swallows it. If the target is swallowed, they will suffer from ever-growing pressure that can kill if used long enough.

•The Punishment of Enma (Katon): The punishment of Enma is known to be Seino's strongest fire jutsu. After doing a series of hand seals, from the ground emits rows of fires that can't be burned out by water. The direction of the row of flame can be controlled by Seino's hands.

•The Strike of Enma (Raiton): The Strike of Enma is known to be Seino's strongest lightning jutsu. After doing a long series of hand seals, the cloud starts to gather, and Seino is able to create artificial lightnings. Where it strikes is lead by Seino's hand.

•The Blow of Enma (Fuuton): The Blow of Enma is known to be Seino's strongest wind jutsu. After doing a series of hand seals, Seino is able to call upon the strong wind force, which is also "Sharp" to harm the enemies.

•The Trial of Enma: The Trial of Enma is done with a single hand seal. When done, Seino is able to call upon the spirits around him, and gather them around himself. The spirits will then harden, and act like a transparent armor. His defense, speed and strength is increased when using the Trial of Enma, however suffers a minor body injury that can later end up as major injury if used for too long.

•The Fist of Enma: The Fist of Enma is done by a single hand seal. Like the Trial of Enma, Seino is able to call upon the spirits. However, the spirits will cover up not his body, but his swords. This will cause his swords to harden, get bigger, and sharpen.

•The Step of Enma: The Step of Enma is a technique developed by Seino himself, to temporarily increase his speed. When using this, the spirit around him becomes visible for a short moment, and they surround Seino, circulating. Right at that moment, Seino becomes incredibly fast, which looks almost as same as a transportation technique.

B Ranks (Seino only)

•The Guards of Enma: The Guards of Enma is done by a single hand seal. Seino calls upon the spirits around him. The spirits will start to form around him, and created into two samurai-looking spirits that connects to Seino's back. These guards have a sword for themselves, and act as the Body Guard of Seino. On the command of Seino, the guards will attack with their swords within the 5 meter range.

•The Flames of Judge (Katon): The Flames of Judge is one of Seino's fire jutsu. After doing long hand seals, Seino is able to create a blue flame in his hand. The flame will then cover his hand, and when he swings his fist, the flame will expand and be thrown. The flame can burn anything it touches, but against a strong suiton technique, it will be burned out.

•Ghost Fire (Katon): The Ghost Fire is a jutsu created by Seino. A short hand seal, then Seino can breathe out enormous blue flame. The flame will never run out, unless it meets water.

•Grand Fire Show (Katon, Fuuton): The Grand Fire Show uses both Katon and Fuuton. Seino will be able to first cast an enormous flame, then followed by a wind technique, the size of the fire will increase by the support of the wind.

•The Threat of Enma (Raiton)[/color: The Threat of Enma is a lightning jutsu created by Seino. The jutsu is not exactly threatening, however it is helpful. After series of hand seals, Seino's arms will be charged with lightning elements. Then, when he strikes the enemy, he discharges the lightning elements, and cause a paralysis state for the target.

• Sei no Kerete: By controlling the wandering spirits around himself, Seino is able to harden them for a while. Right at this moment, he swings his leg, which emits invisible chakra wave along. The spirits will follow the movement of the chakra wave, making it look like a slashing thin blue-black slash.

C Rankings(Both Seino and Seiko)

•Spirit Mimicking Technique: No hand seal is required. Seino or Seiko is able to call upon the spirits around them, and the spirits will mimic the movements of him/her. The spirits themselves do not do jutsus, but only combats. For example, if Seiko swings her fist, the spirit will also swing its fist. At that very moment, the arm and the fist of the spirit will appear, and has a long ranged movements.

•The Grasp of Ghoul: The Grasp of Ghoul is used by calling upon the spirits. The spirit will try to grab the enemies leg with their hands. At that very moment, their hands will be visible to others.

•Spirit Manipulation: Seiko or Seino is able to manipulate the spirits around them. The spirits will do whatever they are commanded to do.

•Katon: Spikes of Hell: A katon jutsu. After doing a short hand seal, Seiko or Seino is able to create a fire, into a form of spikes. These spikes are mostly used simply for defense.

•Katon: Hungry Fire: A Katon Jutsu. After doing a short hand seal, Seiko or Seino is able to breath out white fire. The fire will surround the target, and slowly tighten around the target.

•Shushin no Jutsu: Spirit Style: An advanced version of everyone's basic jutsu, Shushin no Jutsu. With a single hand seal, Seino/Seiko will be surrounded by blue aura. Then, they will use the Shushin no Jutsu. The speed and the distant range is the same. However, the amount that can be done in split second is increased. Seiko can use it 3 times in a row, while Seino is able to use it 6 times in a row. Even though the jutsu is simple, it takes a lot of chakra away.

•The Shield of Enma: The Shield of Enma is a simple used jutsu, which Seino or Seiko will create a shield made up of hardened spirits to guard moderate attacks.

•Mirror Technique: Seino or Seiko is able to call upon spirits around them. The spirit will then mimic the movement of the enemy. The spirit will not be able to do the same jutsu, but only their movements, however they will be able to copy the taijutsu. However, the taijutsu will usually be weaker, if the user is of C Rank or above.

•Integration: Spirit Doll Making: A jutsu Seiko learned from Seino, it is simply a jutsu, in which Seiko or Seino will be able to place a spirit into one of her dolls. Once placing the spirit into the doll, the dolls will be talking, as i a mind of their own.

•Release of Enma: A jutsu that follows after Integration: Spirit Doll Making. The jutsu requires not much of a long hand seal, and Seiko or Seino will be able to enlarge the dolls or shrink them. Once they are enlarged, they can be used as weapons, then again, the weaker the user is, the weaker they will be.

History: Seiko was a girl born into the family of spirit manipulation shinobi, the Reiyus. Her brother was famous through out the shinobi world, and her life was all about comparison between him and her. Her parents were especially expecting of her, thinking that since they all share the same genes, she would also be a great shinobi. Of course, all these expectations of her were not accomplished, since she showed no talents in the art of shinobi in any ways. Her parents were the so-called leaders of the Reiyus. She lived a protective life, but she still had something she feared. And that thing, was her own brother, Seino.

Ever since she was born, she never really talked to her brother before. To her, Seino was like a figure she could never be able to talk to, nor even look at without sinning. She was called the degeneration of the Reiyu, and that she will bring nothing but shame. Seiko was forbidden to interact with others nor gain any freedom.

Once in a while, a strange man came to her, and gave her toys to play with, toys that actually talked to her. She had never actually seen his face, but that man was her only friend who seemed to care about her. Sometimes, she would be starved just because of Seishi and Seiojo not being in such a mood. In that case, the mysterious man came to her, and gave her food she never tasted. Food that seemed so luxurious, she was not to be fit for. She was like this, until she was 7. When the Reiyus became suspects of being part of the Akatsuki, they were enraged. The Reiyus could not believe what they were suspected of, and thought that this unfortunate suspicious was brought into by Seiko. And as the responsibility of her father and family, Seishi and Seino was assigned to kill Seiko, an outrageous command from the other Reiyus. Seiko heard of the news of her upcoming death, but she did not even know what a death itself was. As she waited, nothing happened. On the very day, before Seino and Seishi began their mission, Seino killed his own father, Seishi. Then, he began to kill the rest of Reiyus, which were only about 10 or so. However, they were very strong themselves, and after killing them, Seino himself was on the verge of death.

Walking to Seiko's prison, he went inside the room. She stared at him, and even though she didn't see him for such a long time, she recognized him. When she thought that he was going to give her "death," instead he ripped the back part of her shirt, and started to write something on her bare back. As he patted her back, he fell down, and whispered to her, "This is what a death is,"

When she thought that she was going to be in the room again, and waiting for that strange man to come by, she found herself listening to someone's voice that was not exactly there. Before actually dying, Seino had placed a seal on her, which his soul itself would be with her. He taught her many things and demonstrated by taking over her body. He soon learned that he lost most of his jutsus, and kept only the very important ones. As training began, he told her to become a shinobi. Soon, she became an outstanding Genin.

Past of Seino

Seino was born into the spirit manipulating clan, called Reiyu. His father was the leader among the 12 people of the clan, and his mother was considered the most beautiful of the whole history of Reiyus. Seino lived a harsh childhood. He was taught into what Seishi called the Training of the Great Spirit, while Seino considered it the training of hell. He basically began ever since he was 4, first beginning to learn how to walk on a boiling water. Then he learned how to walk on trees, which if he fell down, he would fall down into small spikes that would sometimes injure him greatly. When he became 5, he was taught to control his kekkei genkai. If he failed to do so, he was beaten by the spirits of Seishi. When Seino was 6, he mastered all the D and C ranks jutsu created by the Reiyus. He never thought of joining the Shinobi Academy then, but as he started to learn B ranks, his father thought it would be the perfect timing.

Seino quickly joined and graduated among few of the tops of the school. Even though as a genin, he already learned many B ranking jutsus, and acted of his own. At 8, he became a Special Jonin. Even then, his father was very disappointed in him. He considered a Special Jonin into a ranks of failure, and his trainings became even worse. When he was 11, he was a successful Jonin, and he also heard that a sister was born. He longed to see his sister, and when he quickly went into the room, he saw a grieving face on his father. He was very enlightened to see his newborn sister, but his father stepped away, saying she would only bring them bad luck. Two body guards were given to her, and she also followed a similar training Seino had when he was a child. However, she did not do as great as his father wanted her to be, and with just that reason, he locked her up, with the two body guards guarding the room.

He regretted that he could not show her the "Good face" he once had. He also knew that he couldn't see her just because he wanted to, and that he had to sneak in there. He prepared to look like a mysterious shinobi in dark, and sometimes visited her and gave her gifts. Then, when he was informed that he was to kill her, he couldn't believe it.
