Personality: Ever since he was a child Fuu was known as a one of the nicest people around. Everyone got along with him and he always sought out to help people rather it be in his village or other villages. Always on the move and he was always learning and reading something. A very helpful and joyful man he was known for good moral values. He disliked fighting and death to an extreme and would only fight or kill someone if it came down to his own life or others at stake.

Being such a wise fellow and his great help at one point he was Lord of Taki No Kuni, but having the position for a few years he finally gave it up to one of his lessers. Saying the job just wasn't quite for him, he was dealing with confirtation on a day to day basis and fighting among his own people and others. So he decided to move along to be a traveling hermit. Becoming quite the free soul, going village to village teaching the younglings and even some of the older nins his way of the ninja. Peace, Harmony, and to never loose your cool in anything that you do. Quite the hippie he was but anyone who knew him loved him instantly.

When he became a hermit and left his village he became a really lax person. He never had much money on him or cared to do so anyways. Often working his dues off where ever he went or ate at. Some people would give him bed or food for free since he was such a nice old man. Relaxed, free, and no one controlling him what so ever, this is the way he was destined to live and has been living for a good twenty years plus.

Physical Description: Fuu appears just like any other old man. Since his younger age he has lost a inch of two off his height and has grown a nice warm belly on him. Not entirely obese he is plesantly plump some would like to say. His eyes are a deep brown and he wears the same clothes over and over again. A warm shirt and a pair of pants fitted to him perfectly along with boots that go past his ankles and are hidden underneath his pants. Also wearing a robe that can be buttoned at the front but most often is left open.

He has long gray hair that connects along with his beard. Gray eye brows and has a very gentle face. The top of his head his bald and he can be seen wearing a straw hat to cover up the little spot on his head. Also he is most often seen with a cane. Helping him on his long journest walks he makes to almost all of the villages. Standing at five foot and ten inches weighing in at two-hundred-fifty pounds he is a big man but no one ever minds his weight or his height for that matter. Always has a small smile on his face and no ones seen a stern look on his face in years. Sometimes he can be seen wearing his long straight gray hair in a small pony tail on the back of his head.

When he unseals his seal he stands at six feet tall and weighs in at two-hundred pounds. His body goes from that of a fatty one to that of a muscular 'don't screw with me' kind of man. Very powerful in this form and anyone whose seen it has pushed the old man just a little too far.

Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.

A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals, objects and the dead to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows him to summon different size and skill levels of creature.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

Mizu no Muchi - Whip of Water
Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.

Mizurappa - Violent Water Wave
Suiton • Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Yahiko will expel a strong jet of water at his opponent.

Suigadan - Water Fang Projectile
Suiton • Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.

Suirou no Jutsu - Water Prison Technique
Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

Kai - Release
Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell.

Suiton • Suikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a column of water to rise from the water and then strike their target.

Suiton • Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. Nidaime Hokage does a string of hand seals which then causes a large volume of water to materialize out of nowhere. The water can then be directed at his target.

After doing the needed hand seals a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.

Daibakuryuu no Jutsu - Great Exploding Current
Suiton • Daibakuryuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After doing the needed hand seals a vortex of water will form, sucking anything on the surface above it down to the depths below.

Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Lightning Element Shadow Clone Technique
Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Nehan Shouja no Jutsu - Temple of Nirvana Technique-Genjutsu
Nehan Shouja no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that allows the caster to place a large body of people into a unconscious state. The target can avoid the spell by forming and using the dispel skill.

Fuuja Houin - Evil Sealing Method-Fuuinjutsu
Fuuja Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique used to counter-act the effects of a cursed seal. The ninja writes the needed seal characters on the ground and body of the person cursed with the seal. The ninja then forms the needed hand seals and places his hand over the cursed seal and then activates the written seal. The seal characters will then retreat to surround the cursed seal in a circular seal. Though the Fuuja Houin can work well against lesser seals, it will not be able to fully stop a cursed seal placed by a powerful, skilled ninja.

Effects &/or Damage: This seal was created by Fuu himself and is exclusive to Fuu unless taught to a student of his. By drawing the Kanji for 'Power" on the back of his right arm he has effectivelly stored away a massive amount of power. Chakra, strength, speed, all of these attributes are stored into the seal. They are not competely sealed away he can tap into these attributes at anytime and reseal them at anytime. When he unseals the seal he gains two inches making him six foot in height and from the massive amount of change he burns off a massive ammount of calories. Instead of his fat self he becomes a muscular man, after the seal is resealed his metabolism decreases greatly and within a week or two hecomes his normal fat self.

A side effect of the jutsu is that he can only use it once a week and also the day after the jutsu is used he is very weak. Meaning he must stay in bed for a least a day because of the trendmous draw on power it uses.

History: Fuu was born to two loving parents by the name of Mune and Hana. The shinobi couple lived in Taki No Kuni and were a rather peaceful family, with good morals. They were both ninja themselves but they were more preventers than they were killers. Never really favoring the blood shed or death only if it was needed to save more people. Kill one, save a hundred was there familes motto.

Fuu was raised with these morals and when he attended the academy he continued to follow these. Any sparing he would never inur in his oppoents. Simply get them in some kind of hold or tie them up with ninja wire that was just how he was and how he did his 'sparring'. As a little kid he was seen around the village often. Gardening, cooking, carrying packages, carrying messages, what ever he could do to help he'd do it with out a second question asked!

He was deffinately wise and remembered things down to the finest detail and graduated from the academy at the age of eleven with flying colors. When he was put into his shinobi team he was placed in with two girls which was odd considering it was usually two guys and a girl to off set but nope not this time, he was the odd ball. His sensei was a attractive woman and his team mates were also fairly attractive. Not that he minded he was in with all these females since he adored them greatly.

Many missions were performed with them. All of them nothing ever to the extreme. Surprisingly no blood shed ever occured among the teams missions. Any mission that required capture or possible killing of the enemy was always captured, sleeping meidicine in the food, ninja wire, a hit to the back of the head, a pressure point, what ever it took but he never performed needless blood shed his entire Genin carrer.

Once he became a Chuunin and split from the team he became an ANBU. Simliar to what his parents were, they were also ANBU but he perfered to call them "Perventers" as such. They surveyed the area of the village, making sure anything could be solved without the use of blood shed. He held the position of ANBU for a year, and then soon became Captain of his own squad. Saddly enough this is when he experienced his first blood shed.

The assassination was quick, and painless but still he always thought such things were unnecessary although it had to be done for the greater good. When he wasn't on duty he was helping better his village, learning jutsu, making jutsu, doing what he had to get done. Quickly he excelled through out the ranks and at the age of thirty-eight he was asked by the dying Lord of the village to take his place. Which of course was an offer he couldn't refuse. For the next two years he was Lord of Taki No Kuni. Meetings, protecting, confirtation at every corner.

He soon found out after two years of doing something he didn't enjoy that he was done being a full fledged shinobi and at the age of forty he retired his position to a shinobi below him. One that'd be better suited for the job of course and was ready to take the responsibility. That day he made his Kenpei Seal. Sealing away his power and strength and he became a traveling hermit. Going from village to village to help the youngins and younger shinobi in general.

Twenty-seven years on his travels he encountered much. Making many jutsu and many more Fuuinjutsu. He watched the five great villages fall to the hands of the Akatsuki. Needless blood shed fell from all the vilages. As they went from one village to the next and he had seen and heard it all. The Akatsuki ruled the Five Great Shinobi villages, as the all the people had moved into lesser known villages across the country.

It was a sad thing to see but he had stayed out of any confirtation. Telling himself he had no part in with the Akatsuki or the people of the various villages. Needless blood shed, needles chaos, although he caried a deep secret hate for the Akatsuki he promised himself he'd never kill one of the members unless the threatened him or a innocent while he was there. He's lived for a long time, and he has many more years to go. His travels will take him everywhere and he will teach all those who have an open ear in his direction.
